A light gray 50/50 should be just fine with scarlet red and black no problem. And to be safe keep you oven temp at no higher than 330 F. You never want to overheat any print if you can help it. i know this, because i just made this mistake the other day. i utilized a screen for two images, red on one, and black on the other. and i? taped it off on the substrate side. and while i had plenty of room for the ink.... i was setting my squeegie down right onto the image. ugghhh.. had to wash the whole screen before i could use the other side.
